What size should I ask for?
Describe the job. A kitchen remodel is a different load than a roof or a garage cleanout. If you are unsure, say so — oversizing does not help if the truck cannot place the box.
Can the box sit in the street?
Street placement is a city permit question. A driveway usually is not. Write which one you have.
Do city carts already cover this?
Weekly garbage, recycling, and yard-waste carts are a City of Omaha service. A temporary roll-off for construction debris or a large cleanout is a separate private rental.
What should I write in the form?
